Rapid Healthcare Services recruits, employs, and places qualified nurses and caregivers to provide in-home nursing and elder care services to clients in the United States. The Site provides information about our services and allows you to contact us, submit inquiries, apply for employment, and make payments.

4. Service Engagement and Care Arrangements
Any care services are subject to a separate written service agreement between you and Rapid Healthcare Services, which governs the specific scope, schedule, rates, and terms of care. These Terms govern your use of the Site and supplement, but do not replace, any such service agreement.
5. Payments
Where you make payments through or arrange payment via our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current payment information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable amounts. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are set out in your service agreement.
6. Employment Applications
If you apply for a position as a nurse or caregiver, you agree that the information you submit is truthful and accurate. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. Employment is subject to our screening, credential verification, background checks, and applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [West Palm Beach County/Florida].
